Support for the people protecting the property.

The property type matters, and so does your role. A claim can arrive while you are managing residents, tenants, repairs, operations and deadlines. ICRS helps build the evidence and present the claim so decisions are grounded in the actual loss.

Working relationships

Coordinating with managers and professional partners.

Property managers, risk advisers, brokers, contractors and other experts can help an insured owner assemble information. ICRS coordinates with authorized partners while its public adjuster representation remains for the policyholder.

Partners and referral sources are not ICRS public adjuster clients solely because they assist a claim. Engagement and authority depend on the insured policyholder and applicable law.
